On the last day of Milan Fashion Week, Versace and Fendi made fans and public opinion `explode` when they introduced the Fendace Collection – a combination product between two leading Italian luxury fashion brands.
Unlike the Balenciaga x Gucci collaboration where the two joined hands to create flawless sartorial creations, the Creative Directors of Versace and Fendi swapped positions and donned new mantles containing hidden gems.
The origin of this seemingly `crazy` idea of combining and exchanging roles started from the intimate dinner party of Italy’s two leading fashion empires, Versace and Fendi, in February at Gianni’s House.
